We’ve been keeping houses warm since 2001, out of our shop on Smokey Park Highway. We serve Buncombe, Madison, Haywood, and Henderson counties, and we live in them too. Fair warning: we are nerdy about this stuff. Ask one of our techs what a heat pump is doing when it’s twenty degrees outside, and you may not get away quickly.

A diagnostic appointment is $129. That buys a real diagnosis from one of our specialists, who finds the problem, shows you what they found, and quotes the repair before any work begins. Nothing happens to your system until you say so. The repair itself depends on the part and the system, which is exactly why we look first and quote second instead of guessing over the phone. You know the price before we start. That has been the rule here since 2001.
